What are the monthly monitoring fees?
The purchase of the MicroTRAK GPS includes your first year subscription fees which means you can access your vehicles location at anytime as many times as you like. You will be sent a renewal notice thirty days before expiration of this service and given payment options of monthly or annually for your next year¡¯s subscription service. If notification to discontinue the monthly monitoring service is not received by MicroTRAK GPS before the one year expiration, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be billed monthly for this service.
Will my MicroTRAK GPS product work anywhere?
Your MicroTRAK GPS guarantees total North America coverage; coast-to coast, border to border.

Disclaimer: MicroTRAK GPS coverage depends on Global Positioning Satellite coverage and cellular network coverage. There are many things that can affect that coverage including geographical area, weather, satellite equipment failure and structural interferences. MicroTRAK GPS cannot be held responsible for any of these factors that are not in our control.

How do I access my vehicle from the website?
You can access the location of your vehicle by visiting www.microtrakgps.com. Click on the tracking link, enter your username and password, and you can begin tracking and monitoring your vehicle.
How can I activate all my features?
Your features are available for set up once you have logged in to the tracking portion of www.microtrakgps.com site. Just follow the instructions on the site for each feature. You can also view the owner¡¯s manual for specific directions on this site under Documents located under the help section of the navigation bar on the login page.
Are all of my personal settings secured?
100% secured.
How will I know if my car exceeds a certain speed or violates my geo-fencing?
Depending upon how you personalize your settings, you can be notified via cell phone, text message, or email for speed or geo-fence violation.

Will I receive an auto insurance discount?
Insurance discounts depend on what state you are located in and your insurer. Contact your insurance agent for more information. When inquiring, inform your agent that you have installed an active recovery tracking system.
 
Will anyone be able to tell that I have a MicroTRAK GPS device in my car?
All MicroTRAK GPS products are hidden in your vehicle. Certified installers have a variety of locations in which the product can be installed. There is also no visible marking indicating you have the product installed on your vehicle.
What do I do if my car is stolen?
If you car is stolen, call your local police department and file a police report. Provide them with our customer service number and then call MicroTRAK GPS immediately at 877.361.8813 to report the theft. If you need help in contacting the police, MicroTRAK GPS will assist you in contacting your local police department.
